Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).

- Conduct outbound calls to initiate conversations and introduce the Company’s products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Identify potential leads and qualify them based on specific criteria such as budget, needs, and interest level.
- Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and client referrals to maximize the business opportunities.
- Clearly present product offerings, answer customer queries, and suggest products that meet their needs, aiming to close sales during the call.
- Address and overcome customer objections professionally, keeping the conversation focused on the benefits of the product or service.
- Close sales and schedule follow-ups or appointments as needed, ensuring a smooth transition to the next steps in the sales process.
- Build rapport with potential clients to increase trust and improve the likelihood of a sale.
- Record and maintain detailed records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports, tracking calls made, conversations held, sales closed, and lead conversations.
- Schedule and manage follow-up calls or appointments with leads, ensuring timely contact as per agreed schedules.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and notes from conversations for future reference.
- Monitor and track progress toward individual and team sales goals, taking corrective actions as necessary to meet targets.
