Overview of Position
As a Customer Service agent, you will be responsible for providing quick, accurate, and friendly service to customers via video calls. You will work on multiple tools, tasks and adhoc requests as operationally required to meet the team performance metrics.

Menyediakan perkhidmatan yang cepat, tepat dan mesra kepada pelanggan melalui panggilan video
Memenuhi dan melebihi metrik perkhidmatan pelanggan seperti kepuasan pelanggan, masa penyelesaian dan jaminan kualiti
Juru bahasa perubatan dialu-alukan dan akan diutamakan, kerana peranan kerja adalah serupa.
Mengambil pemilikan dan tanggungjawab untuk menyelesaikan tugas dan menghubungi pelanggan tepat pada masanya dan membuat susulan dengan pelanggan seperti yang diperlukan
Bekerja dengan pelbagai alat, tugas dan permintaan ad hoc seperti yang diperlukan secara operasi untuk memenuhi metrik prestasi pasukan
Membina hubungan yang berkekalan dengan pelanggan dan ahli pasukan lain
Boleh dipercayai, menepati masa dan hadir seperti yang dijadualkan.
Kemahiran Kritikal
Kemahiran komunikasi bertulis dan lisan yang cemerlang dalam Bahasa Inggeris serta Bahasa Mandarin
Keupayaan untuk menavigasi melalui program komputer dan e-mel dengan mudah
Kemahiran interpersonal yang sangat baik, mampu berempati, berkomunikasi dan menyelesaikan konflik dengan cara yang tegas
Memahami senario, membuat keputusan dan mencadangkan jawapan/penyelesaian yang sesuai mengikut sumber yang ada

Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English along with Mandarin
Ability to navigate through computer programs and email with ease

Understanding scenarios, making decisions, and suggesting appropriate answers/solutions according to available resources
Learning and adapting to new technologies and tools quickly

Educational/Work Experience and Requirements
Must successfully pass a background check
Candidate must be flexible working in US Shifts
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have at least six months customer service experience or equivalent.
Candidates with the proficiency of B2 level and above in both Mandarin & English are eligible for this profile
