  • Interest in Pilates, wellness, or fitness is a bonus
  • Prior PA or admin experience preferred but not required
  • 6 days per week (WFH alternate days)
  • Manage the Director's calendar: meetings, classes, and appointments
  • Coordinate studio bookings, payments, and client communication
  • Assist with day-to-day studio operations and follow-ups
  • Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and basic social media tasks
  • Prepare invoices, reports, and simple administrative documents
  • Liaise with clients, instructors, and partners professionally
  • Assist in event planning, product orders, and special projects
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
