We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our home furniture showroom team. You will play a key role in providing a high-quality shopping experience, offering expert advice on furniture selections, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in sales, retail, or interior design is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience preferred (experience in furniture or home décor is a plus).
Communication:
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage (to deal with various customer groups).
- Friendly, professional, and confident in speaking with customers.
