Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experienceinTelemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, or Call Centre.
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Clinic Front Desk is highly relevant and preferred.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (BM) is mandatory.
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaker? That's a huge advantage! A large portion of our wellness clientele prefers conversing in Mandarin.
- Voice & Tone: You have a clear, friendly speaking voice. You sound like a trusted advisor, not a pushy salesperson.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a computer, typing notes while talking, and navigating a simple database.
- Resilience:You understand that not everyone answers the phone on the first ring, and you are comfortable makingoutbound calls daily.
- Member Retention & Reactivation (The Core Focus)
- Annual Reminder Calls:Contact our database ofpast customers to remind them that their recommended annual blood test is due.
- Upselling Health Packages:Discuss changes in their health or lifestyle and recommend appropriateadd-on tests (e.g., Thyroid panel, Vitamin D, Full Hormone check).
- Appointment Setting: Book convenient appointment slots at our partner clinics or headquarters.
- Database Management
- Record Keeping: Update customer contact details and log call outcomes accurately in our [Spreadsheet / CRM System].
- Feedback Loop: Note any common questions or concerns customers have and relay them to the management team to improve our service.
- Corporate Outreach (Secondary / Bonus Opportunity)
- Lead Generation:Make initial contact withHR Departments and Office Managersto introduce Wellness Lab'sCorporate Health Screening Packages.
- Warm Transfer:Secure interest and schedule a follow-up meeting or call for theB2B Sales Manager.
