- Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer objections are essential.
- Proficiency is Malays , English , Mandarin is an advantage
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Maintain a consistent volume of outbound calls and talk time daily, in line with sales targets.
- Meet or exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to close customers.
- Stay motivated and persistent even when facing rejections.
- Constantly self motivate and not give up.
- Commission (Up to RM15,000)+ Allowances + Bonuses (up to RM2,500)
- Quarterly and Annual performance bonuses
