Provide excellent customer service in Mandarin via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist in the development of customer service procedures and training materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the company's products and services to Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, and terms and conditions.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary, while maintaining ownership of the issue until resolution.
- Process customer requests, such as account updates, transaction inquiries, and service cancellations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system, maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer issues and resolutions.
- Identify and escalate recurring customer issues or trends to management, providing feedback to improve products, services, and customer service processes.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and Mandarin language proficiency.
