Must possess Diploma in Interior Design or a realted field. (minimum)
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in interior design (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating your creative talent and design aesthetic.
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Coohom, V-Ray or other design programs
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Project management skills
- Responsible, creative, and detail-oriented
- Willing to travel or work on-site when required
- Own transport is highly encouraged to apply
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Develop design concepts based on client needs and preferences
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Prepare layout drawings, 3D visuals, mood boards, and material selections
- Conduct site visits, measure site dimensions, and monitor site progress
- Work closely with designers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project flow
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
- Ensure all design work complies with industry standards and client requirements
