Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architectural or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, InteriCAD or relavant 3D softwares.
- Preferably 2 to 3 years experiences in related industry, especially in Retail or FnB outlets
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
- Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
- Able to travel extensively

- Required to draw and build floor plan and newly design floor plan.
- Basic knowledge and understanding is essential.
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
- Responsible to draw a project design outward that fulfills company or client’s requirements
- Able to liaise with Client, Mall Fit Out team, Engineers and other stakeholder to ensure timely delivery of drawings
- Accurate site measurements and able to identify discrepancies on site
- Developing construction drawings and working BQ.
- Visit after the project accomplishes to ensure that the client is satisfied
- Fixed monthly salary
