Customer Service Executive (Service Center – Pavilion Bukit Jalil)

Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service or service centre is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain patient and professional when handling complaints.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).
- Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, and warranty claims.
- Register and track service requests, complaints, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution for customers.
- Provide clear updates and explanations to customers regarding service status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the service centre environment is organized, professional, and customer friendly.
Operation Hours:
- 5 working days, 2 off days (schedule based on rotation)
- 9:00am – 10:30pm (follow mall operation hours)
