Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service or service centre is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain patient and professional when handling complaints.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle inquiries related to products, services, and warranty claims.
  • Register and track service requests, complaints, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution for customers.
  • Provide clear updates and explanations to customers regarding service status.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure the service centre environment is organized, professional, and customer friendly.

Operation Hours:

  • 5 working days, 2 off days (schedule based on rotation)
  • 9:00am – 10:30pm (follow mall operation hours)

Remuneration Package
  • Basic Salary: RM2,150 – RM2,500 (based on experience)
  • Language Allowance: RM300
  • Sales Commission: Unlimited Commission
