about the role
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or junior finance professionals to kick-start their career within a stable and growing organisation.
You will be part of a supportive finance team and gain hands-on exposure across full set of accounts and financial operations, with guidance from experienced leaders.
key responsibilities- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
- Assist in data entry, invoicing, and payment processing
- Support month-end closing and basic reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) as the role supports Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Strong learning exposure with hands-on training provided
