Telesales Executive (Telco | Basic + Commission | Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers via phone calls, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in telesales / telemarketing / customer service is an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Sales-oriented, confident, and able to handle rejection positively
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services
- Explain product features, packages, and promotions clearly
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Follow up with potential customers and build good relationships
- Update customer details accurately in the system
- Handle inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM2150 (Fixed)
- Unlimited Sales Commission (RM4000-RM5000)
