Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality management preferred ● Possess own transportation ● Free from any critical illness record ● Preferably living within a 15km radius ● Capable of creating and managing social media content ● Entrepreneurship-oriented ● Proficient in Microsoft software and POS system ● Skilled in supervising and managing raw material & inventory stock ● Able to perform food & beverage/menu costing

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ● Manage social media accounts (Instagram) ● Handle live content and engagement on social media ● Monitor costing, stock, and prepare operational reports ● Ensure compliance with hygiene and government regulations ● Supervise and train restaurant staff ● Collaborate with the owner on business development strategies
