Event Operation Executive (F&B Industry)

- Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
- Develop event timelines, schedules, and checklists for smooth execution.
- Logistics & Operations Management
- Manage event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Oversee venue arrangements, equipment, and material sourcing.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for seamless operations.
- On-Site Event Management
- Supervise event staff, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear.
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and sponsors.
- Collect feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events.
- Budgeting & Reporting
- Assist in budget planning and cost management for events.
- Track expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Prepare post-event reports, including insights and recommendations.
Requirements :
- Must have own transportation & able to travel within Klang Valley.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field or in Event Management will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Malay, English, Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.
- 1-2 years experiences in F&B industry. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
- Willing to learn.
