Compiling and update sales tracking and report daily.
- Provide certain training and guides to help the sales team.
- Provide assistance sales team on customer inquiries, daily product update and following up the submission status.
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales call, coaching the agents on the error or wrong information provided to customer.
- Malaysian.
- Candidate with or without relevant working experience encouraged to apply.
- Language: Mandarin speaking is compulsory due to project nature.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
- Training will be provided.
