E-Commerce Executive

At least 1 year of working experience (Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a Shopee environment)

• Knowledge of online marketing, promotions, and sales strategies
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual proficiency in both English & Malay, and able to speak 3 languages (Mandarin, English & Malay)
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics

Role Description

You will also be involved in product listing, inventory management, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the multiple Shopee stores.
• Manage the product listings on Shopee and ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description.
• Assist in planning and executing all e-commerce and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Assist in directing and managing content creation, traffic generation and conversation on the stores.
• To assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc.
• Handle customer inquiries via online chats and phone, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure and maintain healthy stock levels to avoid out of stock situations and late fulfilment.
• Work closely with internal/ external teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives and align strategies with broader company objectives.
• Follow up customer complaints and return issues.
• Other duties as assigned by senior or team leader.
