HR & Admin Executive

Assisting the HR & Admin on administrative matters among others but not limited to:-
- Actively participate in the Recruitment process*
- Handle a full spectrum of recruitment activities, i.e., advertising, database applications, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and the hiring process.
- Conducted briefing sessions for new staff and introduced them to all staff and middle management.
- Administer internship applications from local universities
- To handle day-to-day administrative tasks, i.e., monitor staff e-leave using the Worksy system and other related work and part of the Company's utility bills and invoices
- Responsible for Staff Performance Appraisal*
- Monitor staff under probation and contract basis and submit Performance Appraisal Form to Immediate Supervisor
- Prepare a letter of confirmation
- Assist in the distribution of Performance Appraisal Forms to all HOD
- Record and filing Performance Appraisal form by the department
- Manage Staff Training & Development*
- Assist the Head of HR & Admin to organize in-house training & development programs or staff relation programs i.e. recreational, social and sport activities
- Handle and coordinate with staff/dept. on training requisition
- Liaise with training organizer for every training request
- Prepare proposal document for Head of HR & Admin to get approval from Management
- Administer training database, update, and training programme to staff
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Finance or equivalent
- Good command of spoken & written Malay and English.
- Computer literate and proficient
- Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a fast learner
- Must have a valid driving licence and transportation
- Salary will be based on your qualifications, skills, and related working experience.
