  • 安排预约、登记客户资料及管理预订
  • 协助收银、收款及开具收据/发票
  • 保持前台区域整洁及有条理
  • 与门店员工及管理层协调日常运营工作
  • 记录客户资料并妥善归档
  • 协助推广门店配套、会员或促销活动
  • 必要时协助管理前台或零售商品库存
  • 专业处理客户投诉并向管理层汇报

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and responsible Outlet Receptionist to manage the front desk and assist with daily outlet operations. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, appointments, cashiering, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet customers professionally
  • Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and customer registrations
  • Assist with cashiering, payment collection, and issuing receipts/invoices
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Coordinate with outlet staff and management for daily operations
  • Record customer information and maintain proper filing
  • Assist in promoting outlet packages, memberships, or promotions
  • Monitor stock for reception or retail items when required
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and report to management

Requirements 华雨华仁

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / POS System)
  • Responsible, punctual, and positive attitude
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays if required
  • Experience in receptionist, retail, wellness, spa, gym, or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage
