Monthly review payments related to A&I spending and the accuracy of allocation
To verify the proper documents, follow spend policy guidelines and documentation requirement, ensure all payment paid out is efficient, accurate and on timely.
To manage and track all expenses transaction and provide periodical reports for management review and updates.
To work closely with Finance Division on proper funds/expenses allocation, annual budgeting and provision.
To ensure users are comply to the Procurement Spend Policy guidelines and Gifts & Hospitality Registration guidelines, the integrity in all dealings with internal & external parties, putting Company’s best interests at always.
Monthly CCR Actual Spent Tracking:
Timeline: 2nd week after Finance month end closing
Compile the CCR with details transaction by division, and forward to the respective sales head, publish the summary CCR to AD.
Track the actual spent versus budget, highlight items with huge variance to Heads of division.
Reconcile the amount vs budget and provide the balance unutilized budgeted amount to the respective sales head.
Yearly Budget Exercise:
To provide yearly AD budget amount allocated by Finance to the respective Sales Heads.
To prepare a summary template for comparison with Budget and Current Actual Spent information, to forward to the respective division heads for submission on Project Budget Amount require with details strategic planning A&I information.
Compile all Projected Budget from Sales Heads to prepare the summary by grouping and by categories for submission to GM for approval.
Upon approval granted from GM, proceed to input the Budget Cost Centre Template, provide by Finance team.
