- Partner with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
- Design and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
- Manage and mentor junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators.
- Build strong talent pipelines through networking, direct sourcing, and digital platforms.
- Oversee candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build Recruitment and Head Hunting strategy
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level roles.
- Strong experience with sourcing techniques, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
