Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools for quality control and data analysis
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

• Ensure CNC milling product quality through in-process and final inspections.
• Develop QC plans and inspection procedures. - Investigate non-conformities and execute CAPA.

• Maintain documentation and support ISO 9001 certification.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on actions. - Ensure compliance with QMS standards.

• Manage FAI reports and submission packages.
• Prepare and review FA documentation for approval.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and customers.

• Lead 8D reporting for major issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement CAP.
• Track effectiveness of corrective actions.

• Resolve customer concerns and support suppliers.
• Conduct inspections and audits.
• Ensure quality flow-down to subcontractors.

• Drive improvements in accuracy, defects reduction, and capability.
• Provide feedback to enhance manufacturability and efficiency.
