Conduct outbound calls and use social platforms to personally welcome newly registered customers & use closing techniques to persuade customers to purchase our product.
- Develop and execute strategies to work on finding a potential customer through various channels including call and social media to boost sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly to achieve monthly target.
- Seek feedback from customers to have sight on their participation journey, keeping record of insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.
- Handling acknowledging rejections and providing alternative approach even in difficult situations.
- Sales Experience: Candidates with 1 year+ experience as a telesales/call center (outbound) representative or in a related sales function are required.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia with good command in reading, writing, and presenting.
- Basic Microsoft Office products in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
