- Good communication skills in English & Malay.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers (government staff) to promote loan products.
- Explain loan packages, interest rates/profit rates, and eligibility clearly.
- Collect customer information and perform basic eligibility screening.
- Follow up with customers until all documents are completed.
- Assist customers in preparing and submitting loan documents.
- Achieve monthly sales targets (calls, leads & loan approvals).
- Record customer details accurately in the system.
- Provide excellent and professional customer service.
- Basic salary + High commission (uncapped).
