Randstad is partnering up with a global IT MNC company, seeking to bring in a senior executive, financial planning and analysis to their team.

This role is at the heart of financial operations, where you'll be instrumental in providing critical insights and driving efficiency:

• Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the comprehensive compilation and analysis of annual budgets, board presentations, and essential monthly and yearly management reports that inform key business decisions.
• Performance Deep Dive: Provide detailed financial and management analysis, offering insightful commentary on the performance of various Business Units, including utilization reporting.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee meticulous month-end closing activities, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial inputs and supporting documentation.
• KPI Management & Optimization: Track and report on weekly utilization, investigate discrepancies, project utilization levels, and clarify transactions directly with Business Unit Leads. You'll also support and monitor KPI calculations for consultants.
• Financial Modeling & Automation: Develop and maintain robust financial models and reports, and actively drive performance and process improvement/automation initiatives to enhance efficiency across finance operations.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc financial assignments and analysis to support evolving business needs.

Requirements ...

• Experience & Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Technical Prowess: Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and business controls, including hands-on experience with SAP accounting systems. You must be highly proficient in MS Excel (advanced modeling and data analysis) and PowerPoint (creating compelling presentations).
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset: Possess strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data, coupled with creative problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
• Collaboration & Proactiveness: Exhibit exceptional collaboration skills, initiative, and proactiveness, with a proven ability to build strong rapport across various teams and within the finance department.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask and work independently to meet critical deadlines.
• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with Power BI will be a significant advantage.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
