• Prepare teaching materials and provide guidance to students as needed.

• Support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Manage communications professionally: phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
• Draft and distribute correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, notices, and forms.
• Maintain proper filing systems and records.
• Assist with enrolment processes and provide information to prospective parents/students.
