- Make sound planning for hiring right and timely to ensure fulfilment of the required manpower.
- Manage the process of on and off boarding smoothly
- Manage the process coordination of performance assessment from probation period to confirmation, and annual review. Ensure data are collated for further actions by management.
- Prepare data collection for the purpose of training and development program arrangement. Assist superior to coordinate programs execution and post-training activities.
- Use relevant information gathered to propose to superior staff engagement activities to create harmonious bonding among staff.

- Assist in tardiness record of staff.
