Sales Admin Account Executive

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Basic sales skills with a willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage client accounts and build strong customer relationships.
  • Eagerness to contribute to client acquisition efforts and achieve sales targets.
  • Must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales documents, processing orders, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
  • Coordinate sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the company's furniture products.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance and track progress towards sales goals, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
