Sales Admin Account Executive

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Basic sales skills with a willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage client accounts and build strong customer relationships.
- Eagerness to contribute to client acquisition efforts and achieve sales targets.
- Must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales documents, processing orders, and maintaining customer databases.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
- Coordinate sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the company's furniture products.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and track progress towards sales goals, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
