- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and develop business opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques to drive business growth.
- Willingness to work onsite in Batu Maung.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their transportation and logistics needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market trends to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales and account management activities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.
