Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn and grow.
- Drive and close confirmed sales across events and creative services
- Build and manage your own client portfolio (leads provided at onboarding)
- Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and pitch ideas
- Attend client meetings and actively represent FGS in the market
- RM3,000/month base salary (inclusive of EPF, allowances)
- 5% commission on nett profit fofor all closed deals (payable after client payment)
- Hybrid work arrangement (oFfice, client site & remote flexibility)
- 3 months probation
