Requirements & Skills
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management and other related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training and guidance will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to speak Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)&Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare, manage and settle quotations, invoices and proposals.
- Study, filter, and organize business and sales information in interior design industry.
- Update and maintain sales Google Sheets, including reporting, unit status, defect tracking, drawing plans, and related records.
- Monitor and follow up on sales paperwork to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Attend meetings and prepare clear, structured meeting minutes with action items.
- Track tasks, decisions, deadlines, and follow up with responsible parties.
- Monitor and manage management appointments and schedules.
- Coordinate information flow between management, sales, and operations teams.
- Maintain organized digital filing using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar).
- Ensure administrative work is accurate, timely, and reliable to support management efficiency.
