- Experience: Relevant IT support experience (Level 1)
- Skills:
- Basic IT knowledge
- Familiarity with SAP
- Basic understanding of Power BI
- Understanding of IT workflow / ticketing systems
- Provide first-level technical support to users (basic IT issues)
- Log, track, and manage tickets using the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (e.g. laptop, system access, email)
- Assist users with password resets and system access
- Support basic systems like SAPandPower BI (user access / basic issues)
- Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 / senior IT team
- Follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain proper documentation and records of issues
