- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company's products and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, and suggest improvements to management.
