Internship SENIOR FACILITIES ENGINEER W3 (Infrastructure Operation & Maintenance High Level

1. 按照客户要求，执行5*8的IDC机房值守，非工作时间根据运维事件管理规范要求可以快速抵达现场。
2. 更新并维护基础设施信息完整及100%准确率，定时检查平台告警设置，监控系统可用性、稳定性。
3. 熟悉IDC机房环境和监控系统，按照客户要求，完成设施巡检，包括但不限于设施状态检查、维护/维修MOP的审核和跟踪。可以根据MOP识别、判断维护或维修风险点，并制定相应的规避或预案措施。
4. 按照运维事件管理规范，快速响应和抵达现场，根据EOP及时处理事件并上报。具备事件根因分析、复盘和经验沉淀、总结的能力
5. 熟悉辖区内IDC机房基础设施电力、暖通、弱电架构及其工作原理，在事件发生时可以快速定位故障点和故障恢复。具备专业的基础设施知识，熟悉主流基础设施品牌型号差异并给出优化建议。
6. 熟悉基础设施监控管理、容量管理、安全管理、可用性管理，提升运营效率。具备针对基础设施的监控、容量、安全、可用性问题提出优化或改造的建议的能力。
7. 可以独立制定自有变更MOP并实施，确保无因变更导致的任何故障。
8. 完成其他包含在《服务合同》《外包需求说明书》及附件要求的相关工作。
9. 电气、暖通等相关专业
10. 基本基础设施知识，基本IDC知识。

SENIOR FACILITIES ENGINEER W3 (Infrastructure Operation & Maintenance High Level requirements:

1. Perform 5*8 IDC server room duty according to customer's requirement, and arrive at the site quickly according to the operation and maintenance incident management specification during non-working hours.
2. Update and maintain complete and 100% accurate infrastructure information, regularly check platform alarm settings, and monitor system availability and stability.
3. Familiar with IDC server room environment and monitoring system, according to customer requirements, complete the facilities inspection, including but not limited to facilities status check, maintenance / repair MOP review and tracking. Identify and determine maintenance or repair risk points according to MOP and develop appropriate avoidance or pre-planning measures.
4. Responds and arrives at the site quickly according to O&M incident management specifications, handles the incident in a timely manner according to the EOP and reports it. Ability to analyze the root cause of the incident, review and experience precipitation and summarization
5. Familiar with IDC server room infrastructure power, HVAC, weak power architecture and its working principle under the jurisdiction, and can quickly locate the fault point and fault recovery when the incident occurs. With professional infrastructure knowledge, familiar with the mainstream infrastructure brand model differences and give optimization suggestions.
6. Familiar with infrastructure monitoring management, capacity management, security management, availability management, to improve operational efficiency. Ability to propose optimization or modification for infrastructure monitoring, capacity, security, and availability issues.
7. Can independently develop own change MOPs and implement them to ensure that there is no failure due to change.
8. complete other related work included in the Service Contract, Outsourcing Requirements Specification and attached requirements.
