Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift (8am–4pm / 4pm–12am / 12am–8am).
• Responsible, patient, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
