Front-End UI/UX Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve website UI/UX to ensure a smooth, intuitive, and visually appealing user journey
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize user experience and engagement
- Develop, implement, and maintain responsive web interfaces
- Conceptualize and build fun, interactive mini-games to increase user retention and activity
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business goals
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights
- Ensure website performance, speed, and scalability
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and interactive technologies
- Maintain consistency in design systems, branding, and user flows
- A creative thinker who can turn ideas into engaging digital experiences

- Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and interactive features (mini-games or gamification is a big plus)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Vue, or similar)
- Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Basic knowledge of game development (e.g., Canvas, WebGL, Phaser, or similar frameworks)
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in gamification strategies
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, APIs, databases)
- Experience with animations and motion design
- Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools
