MBC Management Services Kajang Full-time
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

- Develop job descriptions and specifications
- Post job advertisements and manage recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Coordinate with department heads on hiring needs
- Onboard new employees
- Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management
- Conduct exit interviews
- Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and manage salary structures and benefit programs
- Handle payroll administration (often in coordination with Finance)
- Ensure compliance with tax and labor laws
- Training & Development
- Assess training needs and create development programs
- Coordinate or conduct training sessions
- Monitor performance and career progression
- Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Support managers in goal-setting and evaluations
- HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations
- Maintain employee records and confidentiality
- Strategic HR Planning
- Align HR strategies with company objectives
- Analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements
- Contribute to workforce planning and organizational structure design
- HR Administration
- Maintain HR software and databases
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Manage employee records and documentation
