With a focus on quality, innovation, and consumer-centric branding, they are looking for an energetic and passionate Senior Marketing Executive to support the growth of a key product brand.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting and driving brand awareness, planning multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with internal teams including R&D, sales, and design, and will play an active role in shaping packaging, brand positioning, and marketing campaign execution.

• Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
• Plan and manage multi-channel brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, and events).
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and enhancements.
• Guide brand positioning, packaging direction, and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to ensure maximum ROI.
• Support planning and execution of promotional events and exhibitions.
• Manage sourcing of marketing materials and oversee budget utilization.
• Prepare post-campaign reviews and reports with actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in brand or product marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or F&B.
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• Proficient in executing end-to-end campaigns across various channels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for effective and engaging marketing content.
