Telesales Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

Previous experience in telesales, other types of sales, or customer engagement is preferred

• Proficient in Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasive, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities
• Capable of independently managing client relationships and outreach activities
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision

Manuscript Solicitation & Sales:

• Reach out to professionals in education, medicine, architecture, engineering, and related fields to solicit academic content for publication
• Promote the company’s publishing services and guide authors through collaboration and submission processes

Establish and maintain strong external relationships to enhance journal visibility and outreach Client Engagement & Project Coordination:

• Segment leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure personalized client communication
• Provide regular updates on manuscript status, editorial feedback, and publication timelines
• Support authors throughout the submission, peer-review, and publishing process

Administrative Support:

• Prepare and send quotations, manage invoices, and oversee timely collection of article processing charges (APCs)
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales KPIs set by management
