Business Administration Junior Executive

To compile, maintain and update company records and business transactions.
- To prepare essential documentation, including memos, notices, reports, and other forms of communication.
- To set up appointments, schedule meetings, distribute reports, and manage the correspondence.
- To communicate and respond to customers' inquiries, such as answering phone calls and replying to emails.
- To communicate regularly with the team to assist in procurement requests.
- To manage office maintenance, cleanliness, and tidiness.
- To perform data entry on bookkeeping records and daily business transactions, such as preparing sales orders, quotations and invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
- To maintain office asset registration, transfer and disposal in the database and system.
- To manage office inventory and ensure the regular supply of office materials.
- To maintain and manage office utility billing and upkeep of the office.
- To maintain and manage the company filing system.
- To handle product delivery and packaging.
- To achieve KPI and company goals with the team.
- To assist in ad hoc tasks and other tasks that superiors assign to.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree of educational level.
- Preferably having at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field/non-medical field is also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Proficient with computer skills such as SQL Account, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Well-organised and systematic in office maintenance and office management.
- Candidates must be competent in business administration, management, or a relevant field.
- Self-initiative, Hardworking, and able to work independently in a team with a good attitude
