Technical Sales Engineer (Resin / Metal)

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the resin or plastic industry (Extrusion)
- Candidates with experience in the power sector, data centers, or automotive industry are encouraged to apply
- Organized, proactive, disciplined, and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willing and flexible to travel
- Handle resin or metal materials sourced from China, Thailand, Japan, and other countries, and promote them to Malaysian customers
- Serve customers across industries such as food cutlery, packaging, data centers, and the power sector
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base
- Visit client offices and project sites to understand requirements and propose suitable product solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Implement, monitor, and review sales and marketing strategies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Set annual business targets and achieve monthly sales goals
