- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in accounting and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge in management accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Experience in handling full set of accounts and financial analysis
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in supervising junior staff is an advantage
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and month-end/year-end closing
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis
- Monitor company cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Perform bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities
- Assist in tax planning, SST compliance, and statutory reporting
- Provide financial insights to support management decision-making
- Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements
- Develop and enhance internal controls and accounting processes
- Support business planning, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Supervise and guide junior accounting/admin staff
- Support management in operational planning and strategic initiatives
- Handle ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
