  • Basic negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ability to network and build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to proactively source qualified candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, providing detailed summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the HR Mgmt / Consulting industry.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the interview process.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company compensation guidelines and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote the company brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and attract a diverse pool of talent.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to the HR team and hiring managers, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
