Position Responsibilities

Performance Management & Industrial Relations:

  • Assist in executing end-to-end PMIR processes and activities.
  • Implement strategies that promote positive labor relations within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Manage employee grievances, poor performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training resources and sessions to help managers understand and navigate disciplinary processes in alignment with HR policies.
  • Prepare data reporting on all PMIR-related reports and dashboard.
  • Assist in all PMIR related innovation and automation processes.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Assist in executing comprehensive employee engagement and culture strategies to enhance positive work environment, morale, productivity, and reduce turnover.
  • Implement initiatives that align with the company’s culture and engagement strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s values and culture.
  • Promote, cultivate, and integrate employee engagement, organizational culture, and communication strategies into broader organizational goals and initiatives.

Internal Communication:

  • Craft compelling and engaging content, announcement and communication that communicates organizational updates, values, goals, and culture to inspire and motivate employees.
  • Develop a content calendar and manage the production of internal communication materials, ensuring they are aligned with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Conduct regular assessments of communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and analytics to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
  • Design engaging visuals and create videos for internal communications.
Corporate Benefits
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands, service providers, and companies to offer exclusive benefits and discounts to employees.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to ensure the best possible value and experience for employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs and partnerships, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of PMIR, employee engagement, culture, internal communication, and corporate benefits initiatives.
  • Facilitate addressing employee concerns and acting on feedback.
Qualification and Experiences
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic corporate setting.
