Employee Relations
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a professional manner.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Conduct exit interviews and recommend improvements.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and coaching.
