Content & Communications Executive

You'll be the operational backbone of a small but sharp creative agency. Day-to-day, you keep projects moving, clients updated, and content going out on time.

This isn't a pure creative role - but you'll be working closely with creatives, so you need to understand how they think. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing social media schedules and content calendars across client accounts
• Coordinating project timelines, briefs, and asset deliveries between the team and clients
• Handling planogram documentation and retail asset management for a major telco client
• Sourcing and selecting stock footage and visual references for video productions
• Supporting client communication - status updates, meeting notes, follow-ups
• Writing basic copy when needed - captions, descriptions, simple messaging
• 1-3 years experience in an agency, media, or marketing environment
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written communication in English - Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is a plus
• Familiar with social media platforms from a management perspective, not just personal use
• Basic understanding of creative production workflow - you don't need to design, but you need to know how it works
• Detail-oriented, proactive, low-drama

Nice to have:

• Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday, or similar)
• Exposure to retail or telco client work
• Basic copywriting capability
