Internship Marketing Communications Intern

CloudJoi supports arts, culture, and live experiences by helping organisers reach the right audiences. As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you’ll support day-to-day marketing efforts while learning how stories, content, and campaigns drive real impact.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating content for social media, email, website, and in-app updates
- Support copywriting for campaigns, event highlights, and community stories
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice across channels
- Create and edit short-form videos for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Edit simple social videos using phone-shot or provided footage
- Support basic filming at events, meet-ups, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Stay aware of social content formats and trends
- Support marketing campaigns for events, launches, and initiatives
- Help coordinate with organisers and partners on promotional materials
- Assist with community initiatives, meet-ups, and offline events
- Help schedule and manage social media posts
- Monitor basic performance metrics and engagement
- Support simple content reporting and insights
- Work closely with Sales, Design, and Product teams
- Assist with marketing operations and coordination tasks
- Learn how marketing decisions connect to audience growth and organiser success
- What We’re Looking For
- Curious, organised, and eager to learn
- Enjoys writing, storytelling, and creating content
- Comfortable working with people and in live event environments
- Interested in arts, culture, lifestyle, or live experiences
- Clear written communication
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Comfortable working with phone-shot content
- Familiar with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and simple tools
- Willingness to learn analytics and campaign tracking
- Studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, media, or related fields
- Writing samples, social content, or video projects are a plus (not required)
