Customer Service Executive
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries through live chat / emails,. handle escalation cases from the system and make outbound calls (10-15 per week). The role involves providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly, respond promptly, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Requirements:
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (not necessary) and Mandarin (read, write, and speak)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle professionally
Capable of responding to customer inquiries via email/live chats in a timely and accurate manner
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays (if required)
