Proven ability to create engaging motion graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Demonstrated skill in visual storytelling, with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling animated sequences.
Experience or a strong portfolio showcasing motion design projects, animations, and graphic design work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers and project managers.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, polished work.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software, techniques, and design trends within the creative industry.
Familiarity with basic video editing principles and workflows.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for creative challenges.
Creating engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
Develop and animate static graphic assets into dynamic visual content, adhering to brand guidelines and project objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize visual ideas, contributing to storyboarding and design concepts.
Execute graphic design tasks such as creating layouts, icons, and illustrations that complement motion graphics projects.
Prepare and export final motion graphics assets in various formats suitable for different media requirements.
Learn and apply new motion design techniques and software features to enhance the quality and creativity of deliverables.
Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall project outcomes.
