Technical Motion Designer (Unity & VFX)

We’re seeking highly motivated individuals with strong Unity experience to shape and enhance in-engine motion and gameplay feel. You will be involved in projects across mobile games, social media, live-streaming services, and advertising videos.

• Scene Composition: Layout environments and UI elements within Unity scenes using prefab workflows.
• Asset Integration: Import, set up, and optimize 3D models, textures, and animations.
• Material Creation: Develop and apply standard materials and basic shaders.
• Optimization: Maintain performance standards by managing draw calls and texture sizes.
• Strong knowledge of Unity Engine with at least 3 years of professional experience (including environment creation, lighting, and asset optimisation)
• Expertise in creating particle systems and simulations using Unity
• Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling and asset preparation
• High proficiency in After Effects is mandatory; able to lead full production of promotional videos (PV) from start to finish
• Strong understanding of texturing and material workflows
• Experience in Motion Graphics design is a plus
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both technical Unity setups and polished Motion Graphics work
