Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage showroom sales and effectively handle walk-in customers.
- Identify market trends and implement best sales practices to drive sales results.
- Coordinate and manage site progress in collaboration with project managers.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
- Develop and present innovative design concepts using 2D/3D visualization tools.
- Prepare detailed project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
- Create SolidWorks drawings for custom-made items as needed.
- Proactively close and follow up with prospective customers and leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Proven Sales Drive: Diploma/Degree holder in any field with a strong interest and aptitude for sales.
- Entry-Level Sales Welcome: Enthusiastic fresh graduates with a passion for achieving sales targets are encouraged to apply.
- Sales Experience Advantage: Prior experience in sales roles within retail, interior design, renovation, or contract-based industries is a significant plus.
- Self-Motivated Achiever: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Driven and Collaborative: Passionate about sales, eager to learn new strategies, and contribute to a positive and growth-oriented team environment.
