Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage showroom sales and effectively handle walk-in customers.
  • Identify market trends and implement best sales practices to drive sales results.
  • Coordinate and manage site progress in collaboration with project managers.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and present innovative design concepts using 2D/3D visualization tools.
  • Prepare detailed project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
  • Create SolidWorks drawings for custom-made items as needed.
  • Proactively close and follow up with prospective customers and leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Proven Sales Drive: Diploma/Degree holder in any field with a strong interest and aptitude for sales.
  • Entry-Level Sales Welcome: Enthusiastic fresh graduates with a passion for achieving sales targets are encouraged to apply.
  • Sales Experience Advantage: Prior experience in sales roles within retail, interior design, renovation, or contract-based industries is a significant plus.
  • Self-Motivated Achiever: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently to meet and exceed sales goals.
